I believe you. I hear you. I see you. You matter. Your story matters. As I read #metoo over and over and over again I keep thinking and writing these words. My brother posted simply, “I believe you.” I’m not sure that there are three more powerful words to a survivor. I have so very many thoughts on this subject. I could not contain them to five minutes or five hours for that matter. None of them seem as important as the ones at the beginning of this post. I believe you. I hear you. I see you. You matter. Your story matters.
