Thirst No More
Our Calico cat, uniquely named, Callie, is a spitfire. She dashes through the house as if there is an emergency that only she can solve on the other side. She cuts corners by jumping up onto the wall and ricocheting off on the other side. She stalks our other cat, lies in wait, and then attacks just as he passes. For about 3 seconds there is quite the skirmish and then she rushes off to defeat another foe. Callie is also stubborn, which to be fair, is all but a requirement in this household. ... read more

Much has been made of the last book written by Rachel Hollis. The book, entitled, "Girl, Stop Apologizing!" has created a stir among Christian women. There is a deep divide between those who are moved by her words and those who are offended by her words. As I have not read the book, I will not offer my opinion. Music is one the most monumental ways I mark periods of my life. I was reminded of this truth a couple of days ago during a commercial. Once I knew that I was going to be staying at home, I began to dream about what I would do with that much time. One of parts that I looked most forward to was the quiet time.
