Loneliness is an epidemic. Every woman I know craves connection. We want to know each other and be known by each other. Passing each other in the hallway and exchanging small talk is no longer satisfying the need for deep relationship. We want more. Choosing to connect with others is scary. To know someone and be known by them authenticity and vulnerability is necessary. We must allow others to see the real us and allow them to be fully themselves with us. Transform is what a caterpillar does when it morphs into a butterfly. To transform means to make a drastic and significant change. I want to be transformed. I want to ... read more
